Brief Answer:
Take Plain Pantocid 40 and consult your Doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Seen the report of your Endoscopy.
It shows increased vascularity and antral hyperaemia.
Te treatment with the Pantacid HP kit is given on an empirical basis. The facility of H-pylori testing may not be available in your area. The kit contains clarithromycin, Pantoprazole and Amoxicillin. Clarithromycin can cause pain in abdomen.

I would advise you to consult your treating Doctor and discuss about whether plain Pantocid can be taken.

I would advise few more things as per the reports you have provided.
Antacid liquid every 3 to 4 hours when on empty stomach.
Add Domperidone or such motility regulators.
Soft bland diet.
No aerated colas / soda/ drinks.
Early dinner. No late nights.
Treatment for anxiety (as prescribed / needs a prescription by your Doctor)
Lying in a reclining position
Walk around after dinner.
Think of the factors which increased the present problem, GERD, anxiety and try to avoid.

This will certainly help you to get a relief.

I hope this answer helps you to get a relief, please feel free to ask for further if you need to.

Brief Answer:
Mucaine gel & other medicines- gastroenterologist.

Detailed Answer:
You have to consult a Gastroenterologist, if available in your area. You can consult the Physician who did Endoscopy.

Take Liquid Mucaine gel or Happicid 3 tsf every three hours, it may help reduce the pain. Take cold milk, liquid diet, banana shake to cool off the pain.

Rest of the treatment as I have already mentioned above. Take Pantocid Plain 40 mg and other medicines, this will help. Try to reduce the anxiety and stress.

Antral Gastritis can give lot of pain.

Hope this helps you.

Get well soon.
