Kindly consult your Physician for clinical assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir,

Presence of pain radiating to back possibility of either Acid peptic disease complicated by Ulcer or Pancreatitis needs to be considered especially in view of scenario of pain worsening inspite of being on acid suppressant drugs.

Exact Diagnosis will however depend on clinical examination and assessment. I would suggest you to see your Physician for further clinical assessment. In the meantime I would suggest the following

1. Avoid consumption of bulky food (large quantity of food)

2. Consumption os small quantity of feeds more frequently is advisable

3. Avoid caffeinated/alcohol/carbonated beverage

4. Addition of gastric motility increasing drug like Domperidone alone with acid protective agent like Sucralfate containing antacid will be helpful

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care

I forgot to inform you that she states she has been suffering from chronic diarrhea. She told me the diarhea has been going on for months. Also she was diagnosed back in 2007 with multiple erosions in her esophogus and stomach.

The frequency is two to three times a day and it usually is just water coming out. There has been no mucous or blood in the bowel movements.
