Question: Hi Dr. XXXXXXX

How are you? I went for a repeat scan & there was no mass seen in the uterus & adnexa. However there was some minimal fluid noted in the pouch of XXXXXXX
Also I still have the nagging pain in my left leg from pelvic bone till my feet. I also get a slight pain on the left lower side of my abdomen which is intermittent. There is mild irritation & itching around the vulva. I am attaching the latest transvaginal scan report for your reference

Brief Answer:
multivitamin deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs XXXXXXX good to see you again.
I'm fine, thanks for the gesture.
Its relieving to hear that there was no mass in uterus and adnexa.
Also I have gone through your scan picture, it is totally fine and is not related to the bone and leg pain.
Slight fluid in pouch of XXXXXXX is commonly seen and there is nothing to worry about that.
Regarding your leg and left side pain in your back and abdomen, in my opinion that is related to multivitamin and calcium deficiency which is common in this situation and is usually relieved as soon as supplemented.

Start taking it daily and you will definitely see difference in few days.
Take a walk of fifteen minutes daily and see if it aggravates or is relieved.
In case it aggravates then it it can be related to nerve pain which needs examination by an orthopedic doctor.
But if it is relieved and you have a sense of wellbeing then it is vitamin deficiency and thus supplements will help you in dealing with it.

Wish you the best of health and in case you have any other concern I'm always available to help you out.
Take care.
