What Causes Pain In Back Of Head On Right Side?

Question: I have a headache back of the head right side say on a 5 out of 10 pain. I seem to have a little sinus pressure. I worked out today doing shoulders...took 3 advil didnt seem to help, Seems to be effecting my vision a bit.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having headache due to sinus problem .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray or rinse thrice daily ,
Antihistaminic at night &
tab Tylenol for headache & pain .
You can stop advil , don't use more than 3 within 24 hours .

Use complete treatment plan to get early relief .

Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation & examination with your ENT doctor will become essential.
