I have noted your symptoms. At this point, you can take aceclofenac tablets for pain relief. It is usually taken at a dose of 100 mg two times daily.

If pain does not subside in 2-3 days, you may get a brain scan done.

sir,
whats the reason for this pain?
i feel tightness in the back of head and neck.
today i consult a ENT Doc.. he prescribed
1. coldcet plus
2. ativan 1 mg
3. allegra 120

any problem for taking aceclofenac with this medicines

The commonest cause of pain in the back of head and neck along with tightness, is muscle tension headache.

You can take aceclofenac tablets along with ENT medications.
