Welcome back, Dear!

I am happy to see you with a detailed follow up answer. Now, as the things are clear to me, I can well understand your problem and guide you properly.

Its chronic constipation, slow bowel movements, and bloating that makes you feel like that. But don't worry, it will resolve with medical treatment. Please stop Aleve, and BC powder. It will aggravate the situation even more. When Patients like you present in my clinic and I prescribe them Syrup Lactulose 4TSF at bed time + Tablet Itopride 10mg 3times a day 30min before meals + Tablet Hyoscyamine (anaspaz) 0.25mg orally every 4hourly.
Diet modification and Lifestyle modification is needed for you. Its good that you are taking plenty of fluids. Take fresh fruits and leafy vegetables. Avoid junk foods and soda of any kind. Take high-fiber diet and Ispaghola-Husk in milk (keep it dipped for 1hour and take that glass of milk daily). Your goal is daily walk 5000steps. If on a healthy pace that is the best thing I need from you. Take a pedometer to make step counting easier for you and to make a record. Follow the instructions and let me know if there an issue. I will be more than happy to help you.

Hope it helps. Feel free to ask any queries anytime.
