What Causes Pain In Calf And Thigh?

I'm XXXXX. I'm a writer and so I sit for long hours with little movement. I also am being treated for a-fib in the past (I 'm good with that now) with Eliquis and Amidarone. Yesterday I got great pain in my right calf and into the thigh after being sedentary for a few hours. I took advil and got into my recliner and it seemed to ease so I was able to sleep for most of the night. Later I got up for the bathroom and it hurt to walk. I took some advil and got into my recliner after I did some self-massage,and walked around for a while. I fell asleep again but the pain was still there. A couple of hours later I got up, did some more walking and took a hot bath with massage and went off to church. Now it's eased up a lot. I plan to call my doc tomorrow. I wondered if it could be DVT and if I should have it checked earlier. ????
