Question: Yesterday after a 30 minutes brisk walk I felt mild pain in my left hand and a burning sensation on my upper chest. I met a doctor nearby cloning and he advised for ECG which shows boarder line ECG and asked me to meet cardiologist, immediately I rushed to another hospital and repeated ECG and Echo also done and both came normal. I am totally confused now. Please advise me doctor.

for your information that the hospital has done a blood test too (cardiac enzyme?) which came negative and could not meet cardiologist as it was at night and casuality (emergency)doctors were available n they haven't advised to go for further check up. They says everything is fine but I am still not convinced with ECG result. Pleas advise me and clear my anxiety..

Brief Answer:
Heart disease is absolutely ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I have worked through your reports and relevant information in detail.

Negative cardiac enzymes study will literally rule out heart attacks. You need not absolutely worry about it.

You can continue with AZTOR for the control of cholesterol.

ECG alone is not at all conclusive of heart disease.

Borderline ECG is very common in general population. It has no significance.

You had more specific and sensitive tests like ECHO and Cardiac enzymes study negative, so there is absolutely no point in feeling stressed that you have a heart issues. It's time to relax.

Many of chest symptoms can be related to indigestion, acidity etc.If symptoms still persist, I advice you to get an upper GIT Endoscopy to rule out peptic ulcer.

Regular physical exercise for 20min and consumption of oats and fruits like Apple will keep you in a healthy state.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
