hello. i have made plastic surgery on my right cheek since 2010 to remove old scar but from this time my right cheek is still swollen till now and i make stem cells injections now and the swollen increase . is the problem in lymphy nodes or how i can discover the reason of problem?????????????????

It may be chronic folliculitis.

Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

I would recommend you..

- Apply antibiotic cream like sisomycine cream on lesions as well as in nostrils at night
- Take a long course of antibiotics like Doxycycline 100 mg daily for few months
- Improve immunity
- Improve hygiene
