Brief Answer:
First get done ECG and 2D Echo.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Asthalin is having salbutamol. It is sympathomimetic drug. On long term use this can cause side effects like tremors, palpitations, tachycardia etc.
So better to get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out cardiac diseases.
If both are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases.
Take simple painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
And better to stop asthalin rotacap. It is not for regular maintenance treatment for asthma.
For regular maintenance treatment inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) and newer, safer, long acting beta 2 agonist (LABA) are advised.
So replace asthalin by ICS and LABA combination.
This will give you lesser side effects and higher symptomatic control.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
