I have gone through your query. It is better to take an ECG to rule out any cardiac cause. Because cardiac chest pain also can be associated with gastric symptoms.
Most likely it could be related to GERD. You can take antacid syrups with anaesthetic like Mucaine gel. Applying hot water bags on abdomen is also helpful. If this is not helping then you may need motility enhancers like domperidone along with Prilosec or Nexium.
If ribs are hurting on palpation it could be costochondritis and for this you can apply Diclofenac or ketoprofen gel locally.
