What Causes Pain In Foreskin Of Penis On Left Side?

Question: Hi I am 21 years old.mi am having a pain on my foreskin on top on the left side. It even slightly pains when i urinate but only the left side. The nerves on the left side have become a lot prominent.Got my urine test done all is clear. Even had a sonography of my bladder and prostrate. I am a bit overweight as well . Kindly help I am worried

I have gone through the details provided by you. What you presume to be a prominent nerve is probably a vein. Please do not worry as that is very commonly present as an engorged structure and is not a cause for concern.

I would need more details on whether you are sexually active and when exactly you get the pain. Moreover, I would also need to know if the pain is localised to the prepuce/foreskin or does it also extend to the scrotum as well. Please let me know the details and I would surely try to help.

I do not think that being overweight has a role to play in this regard.

I would insist you to wear loose clothes, especially the undergarments and see if you get relief. In any case, it might be better to visit a doctor and to get yourself examined.

Hello doctor no I am not sexually active and the pain is felt only atop the foreskin throughout the day. It does not extend to the scrotoum.

Okay thank you doctor. As per your advice i visited my doctor this morning . He said its nothing to worry about maybe an infection. Doctor i do feel a tingling sensation at the top of the penis and sometimes while urinating. So it's nothing to worry about . Kindly advice thank you.
