What Causes Pain In Groin And Legs?
There is need for imaging studies of column.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
In my opinion there is need for imaging studies of your lumbar vertebral column, in order to obtain a correct diagnosis of your concerns.
According to your symptoms and past medical history there is need for plain x-ray films of your lumbar column to evaluate bone structures for any damage, vertebral column and spinal cord MRI to evaluate soft tissues and neural structures of your spine.
Causes of your symptoms may be worsening neuropathy, degenerative column disease, herniated disc disease and spinal cord lesions.
I suggest you to discuss with your treating Doctor above mentioned possibilities.
Treatment depends on above mentioned studies results.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
You need correct diagnosis first.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for asking back.
First you need correct diagnosis and a lumbar MRI is needed for this purpose in order to evaluate further treatment ways.
In mean time, if you are not getting better with current therapy, a new one ( maybe stronger drugs) should be started.
Hope this helps. Best regards.
