Brief Answer:
Need symptomatic treatment and modifications.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Painful bowel movements with all the labs clear is likely a functional bowel issue like IBS or constipation.

However blood work up is not sufficient. Abdomen and bowel needs to be assessed. Ultrasound, digital rectal exam and if need be colonoscopy can be advised to rule out any underlying cause like inflammation etc.

Take some symptomatic pain relievers like antispasmodics and adapt good bowel habits and toilet habits with 14 gram of fiber for every thousand calories. drink plenty of water with minimum of 8 to 12 glasses of water each glass of 8 ounces. Take fibrous diet and avoid fast foods and spices etc. Prefer vegetables and see if it helps. I am sure age of 33 is too old to have any serious problem underneath. A little adjustments to lifestyle would do the job.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
