Brief Answer:
you need detailed evaluation...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I can assure you that your skin red spots are not related to knee surgery. As far as joint pain is concerned it can be due to following.
1. Arthralgia secondary to infection/fever
2. Low calcium and serum B 12
I would suggest you to get following investigation.
1. ESR, CRP, RA factor
2. Blood calcium and serum B 12 estimation
We will be able to arrive at a diagnosis and specific treatments after detailed evaluation. You can discuss about these tests with your current doctor.
Let me know if you want to ask any other question.
Regards
