Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to Acid Peptic disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

Pain in abdomen related to irregular intake of meals is likely to be due to Acid peptic disease. Following could be the predisposing factors

1. Irregular intake of meals
2. Stress/Anxiety
3. Consumption of too much of spicy food/oily food
4. Decreased intake of water/fiber in diet

Pain in hip is likely to be due to musculoskeletal( I hope there is no backache and shooting pain in thighs). If the movement of hip joint is not associated with exaggeration of pain then there seems to be no cause for concern.

I would suggest you the following

1. Eat small quantity of meals frequently
2.Avoid skipping meals
3. Avoid caffeinated/carbonated/alcoholic beverages
4. Antacid like Pantoprozole will be helpful
5. Bed rest
6. Analgesic like Ibuprofen available as over the counter medication will help relieve hip pain
7. Avoid sleeping immediately after meals
8. Once you are relieved of hip pain, do reduce your weight by regular exercise

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you

Take Care

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be renal stone

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
Pain present on both sides of hips is unlikely to be due to renal calculi (kidney stone ).
If there is shooting pain occurring from above the flank to groin down then ,do get Ultrasound abdomen to rule out remote possibility of stone.

Kindly follow the advise as previously mentioned, there should be improvement.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
Best regards
Deepak
