Brief Answer:
Avoid jerky movements.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
You can drive motor cycle but you have to take care of yourself otherwise your problem can aggravate and disc prolapse may occur.
Till you get your MRI done -
Wear low spinal jacket especially during driving.
Try to avoid jerky movements while driving.
Avoid pushing and pulling of heavy objects and squatting.
Do back and neck muscle strengthening exercises as uploaded on youtube.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
Apply painkiller ointment over back as it will not interfere with your gastric problem.
I hope it helps.
Thanks.
Dr.Singh.
