Morphine withdrawal will bring some pain

Hi
Thanks for your query.
It is expected to have some pain while withdrawing morphine pills. I want to have a strong will power, since you are already nearing the complete withdrawal. Slowly this pain will diminish.
The pain that is happening can be controlled with non-opioid type of medicines like Tablet ibuprofen or naproxen. Naproxen is stronger than ibuprofen and may have side effects in some. So I would suggest that you try ibuprofen first. If both of these do not work, then you will need to get a prescription for stronger NON-OPIOID painkillers. Some pain may still be there after taking this medicine, but it will get controlled as your pain threshold increases.
The second issue that you are having is sudden tremors in the night. If these tremors disturb your sleep, you can get a prescription for tremor reducing medicines like propanolol. These will also get better soon.
Keep up the good effort.
Let me know if you have more concerns.

Opioids produce some changes
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
The reason why you are getting arm pain is that it was suppressed earlier and is showing up now. If you are worried that it is getting radiated from cervical vertebrae then you can get x-rays. You may also get your blood pressure checked as it may fluctuate.
Many changes occur in various systems due to withdrawal of such substances. There is redistribution of blood flow. The respiration, brain, etc that was suppressed earlier, starts to normalize. Thus there is a shift in feeling of wellness. Gut is especially affected and some people experience diarhea while others experience constipation.
People withdrawing from opioids usually get pains etc. You are not getting any specific alarming symptoms. So I do not see a reason to panic. But if you experience unusual symptoms you will need to see a doctor.
