Brief Answer:
Need to go for stress ECG (TMT) if required CABG.
Detailed Answer:
Dear friend, Greetings from HCM. I understand your concern. i have read your question and gone through all the report.
There are some ischemic changes in the ECG, Better go for complete cardiac evaluation. Get a stress ECG done that is TMT, also Electrocardiography later get the opinion of cardiologist. If required he might advice Coronary angiogram.
Even the sugar levels are not in control. Numbness indicates she is having diabetic neuropathy too. For which glucose must be controlled. Please start insulin for her with the consultation of your treating physician.
Thank you for contacting us and do contact for any other clarifications.

Hi
Recently we got her thyroid tested based on doctors advise.I am attaching that report. She was given some injections to legs perhaps pain killers i think for hand pain. After she has taken injection she fells burning sensation in body. What are the reason for high thyroid levels and what are the symptoms seen at this thyroid levels.
Could touch upon what she should be eating for breakfast/lunch/dinner ?
Also she cannot take the thread mill test related to ecg has she has joint pain problems. She does not want to start insulin injections as once we start it ,it would become a necessity and habit always.
Regards
Tousif

Brief Answer:
Go for angiogram
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, greetings again. I think it s not a bad idea to get coronary angiogram and also the opinion of cardiologist.
Regarding hypothyroidism there is always association of thyroid disorders with diabetes . You need to correct it might be nutritional also. You should meet a qualified Dietitian for proper advice regarding the quantity and quality of diet. I am not trained on these.
Any way she is on medications that helps in controlling the glucose levels too.
Its always best to start insulin . now a days insulin pens with very small needles are available and with out any pain. If the blood sugar is controlled and HbA1c is good one can put back on oral medications. Your mother needs just proper counseling and debust certain myths associated with the treatment.
As soon as possible meet your consultant and get the advice.
Thanks
