What Causes Pain In Left Shoulder And Chest?

Question: My daughter is 41. She was sitting down in her yard and her left arm and shoulder started aching, and her chest felt tight, felt like she had the wind knocked out of her. Very exhausted, she then laid down, after approximately 15 minutes later she was OK. Could this have been a mild heat attack?

1. She said the pain would increase slightly with breathing, nothing different with movements.
2. No difference with movement.
3. Never had pain like this even after exercise.
4. No medical history.
5. Maybe not sure if my Uncle did. Also my Mother was adopted and we know nothing about her blood family.
Sorry it took so long to answer, she wasn't home.

Brief Answer:
Heart attack is not likely
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
From your description the pain seems to be neuromuscular, maybe she has some problems with vertebra.
Nothing to worry, it is not heart attack.
Anyway she can undergo cardiology checkup.
If you have further questions don't hesitate to ask
