Question: Entire right leg in pain and upper back. Is this due to carrying a baby or dvt?
Brief Answer:
Little bit more information will be helpful
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. To help you better please tell me -
1.Is there any numbness, tingling sensation along with radiating pain (lower back to leg and foot ) in the leg?
2.Is there any reddish/bluish discoloration along with calf being painful on mild squeezing?
Your suffering could well be due to muscle stiffness at back which leads to difficulty in bending forward and looking backward.
To rule out DVT the sensitive and recommended test is color Doppler study.
Looking forward to your reply.
Take care

Yes, sometimes I feel numbness, tingling, burning, or aching pain in my leg, mainly my thigh.
No discoloration but there is a dull ache when I squeeze my calf. Sometimes I even feel tingling in my upper back and lower back as well.
So you trust the Doppler exam in ruling out a blood clot? I'm just very nervous about that being the issue.

Brief Answer:
Could be the sciatica pain
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Its good to see you.
I have gone through your reply carefully and based on that I feel you have developed pinched nerve leading to sciatica like symptoms. I would like to treat you with Ibuprofen along with muscle relaxant drug like thiocolchicoside (Tablet Thiospas A 4) and drug pregablin. You may have a prescription for above drug from your local doctor.
MRI is the recommended investigation to confirm pinched nerve,if you do not respond to above treatment in 2 week time.DVT can be ruled out as symptoms do not match. As deficiency of vitamin D and B12 is common cause to cause backache and tingling, get theses blood investigation done.
Wishing you good health.
