dear,
welcome to HCM
As I can understand here that your major compliant is of leg pain that is more on waking up in early morning.
Kindly answer my following questions it may help me to have a better clinical picture.
1) Do you experience stiff back on waking up early morning?
2) Do you or have had suffered from back related problems? such as chronic back ache, etc
3) how has the condition begun and progressed?
4) is there pain while on walking and on rigirous movement too?
5) if you have undergone if any investigations like MRI, X Ray,etc kindly mention the reports as well.

my suggestions would be
1) Get a base line ESR levels done?
2) continue taking same medications if they provide relief, Over the counter drug of tab voveron can be used if needed.

kindly revert back soon with the reply. Thanks.

Thanks Dr. Borade. Yes. I have seen two Chiropractors over the course of 5 months which began last October 2014. I was told I had scolios and that was causing my back pain. I usually have a pretty stiff back upon waking up.

The problem begun within the past week and one half. It has improved some. The pain is movement sensitive. I do not feel it as much when I am lying down or sitting. When I stand up or straighten out completely my left leg I feel the pain on inner part of my knee and thigh. I have not gotten an X Rays for this leg pain yet. What does ESR stand for?

Brief Answer:
Xray spine and ESR needed

Detailed Answer:
thanks for the reply.
I see that you have been told to have scoliosis in past. We need to explore into this condition as it likely could be causing the back pain. An xray spine can be done primarily.

Secondly, we need to consider chronic inflammatory conditions of spine such as spondylitis, etc. Here an investigation of ESR(erythrocyte sedimentation Rate) can be indicated, as the ESR levels are raised in such condition. Depending upon the result, an indication of further hugger investigation of MRI spine can be suggested.

Lastly, although less likely but we need to consider chances of any covert spinal injury. An XRay spine again can yield findings.

To suggest you
1) Get an XRay spine(AP and Lat view)
2) An ESR test.

meanwhile you can continue with the over the counter medicine I mentioned before to deal with pain.

welcome for further suggestions.
