What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back During Early Pregnancy?
Question: Dear Sir/Madam,
( 1 year before 1 time miscarriage in 5 week,after miscarriage checked my all blood ,that time doctor told Toxoplasma level high in my blood.after taking the antibiotic became normal. )
Now i am pregnant My last LMP is 20/03/2016,HCG level is 1640.(20/04/2016)
My questions is :
1.I have mild pain in lower abdomen while sitting,change position,back pain,more pain in right side and Thick white colour discharge in some times any problem?
2. I took hbs ag vaccine 3 rd dose in 8/4/2016 any problem?
3.I planed 12 hr journey by train (14/04/2016) XXXXXXX to XXXXXXX if it is possible???(if it is chance means which is more comfortable train,car or plain)

Kindly tell me the medicines you are taking so that I can advise you better.
You can take air travel if you want to go for sure but avoid car and train as far as possible
Nothing to worry about the vaccine as if is safe.

1. Now i purchased susten tablet 200 mg,how can i take means more comfortable vaginal,rectel.or oral.(after or before food)

No need to take any antacid along as it has no such side effect.
It has no relation with food or any other medicine.
Do ultrasound scan after 2 weeks.

(LMP is 20/03/2016) OB-Early pregnancy scan done at 04/05/2016,Fetus survey
gestation sac seen.sac margins appered regular
yolk sac measured 4.0 mm
fetal pole seen
cardiac activity present
fetal heart rate 115 bpm
fetal biometry CRL-4.8 mm
Dr told me scan report is normal
Now i am taking folic acid,zincovit,and susten 200 mg bd (as ur ordered)
My question is
1.i want go to my home town.its 12 hr journey .can i go by train,bus.air.which is the most suitable way.can i take more medicine??some people told me before the journey take injection.
2.before the scan date on 29/04/2016 i saw small red clot.i am scared go to hospital 30/04/2016.dr advice hcg level.that time level is 4360.now scan done is it normal ???
3.now i have nausea feeling in the morning.before the journey take any medicine.
i am waiting for ur valuable opinion.

1.Madam advised continued same medicine zincovit ,folic acid
2.Madam changed susten tablet add Powergest SR 200
3.ECOSPIRIN 75 mg after food od
My Question is
1.I am sacred about ECOSPIRIN 75 mg tablet.now i have no pain,and other complication.she told me this tab must take till 8 month.because previous abortion.pls tell me any side effe of this tablet and uses.
