What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Left Abdomen?

Question: I am a 56 yr old female with MS. Overall feeling bad with lower back pain, pain in left abdomin. The beginning of day its tolerable, but after an hour of running errands I began feeling loopy and very tired. Also, small lump appeared yesterday on back of head. Went to doctor. He tested for UTI. Here are the results:
SG = 1.030
pH 5.5
LEU 1+
Blood test result came back normal. Nothing out of range. The WBC is 5.1
The small lump on back of head is a lymph node.
These symptoms happen occasionally and are quite debilitating. Every time the symptoms appear urine comes back negative. A full course of Cipro knocks out these strange and painful symptoms.
I want to eradicate this problem for good!
Does the doctor have any suggestions?

Brief Answer:
this can be taken care of
Detailed Answer:
such type of problems usually occur with some underlying infection in your body. Being a patient of MS prone you for such infections. Presently you can take an extended course of antibiotic from your GP, this could be Cipro itself as it suits you well, for 15 days to 3 weeks. Take care of your general health by taking regular medicines and vitamins and folic acid supplements.
