Brief Answer:
Its not from the medicines you take.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the query.
Such pain is rather not due to medicines you take.
Pain in this location can be caused by peptic ulcer, kidney stone or rib nerve irritation.
Peptic ulcer pain usually gets more intense after a meal. Nausea can be present.
Kidney pain can radiate to the back and lower abdomen. Frequent urinating can appear.
Rib nerve pain gets more intense when breathing and less intense when not moving the chest. It is sharp and well localised.
I suggest you to have abdominal ultrasound and urine analysis. Gastroscopy should be considered.
Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
This tests should be done again.
Detailed Answer:
Well, tests done year ago are a history right now. Especially that the pain has started recently. It seems to be necessary to have this tests done again.
