What Causes Pain In Neck Radiating To Head?

Question: Yesterday and today I have had a dull ..almost like a neck ache and it feels like its in both left and right sides of my neck and goes up to my head. Its very dull and not sharp but Its annoying . Could it have something to do with my arteries going up my neck? because it feels like them

yes there can be possibility of venous carotid blood stasis leading to such symptoms.
CT angiography will help to confirm diagnosis.
Another possibility of disc bulge leading to pain.
cervical disc bulge is common and can be confirmed by mri spine.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you relief after confirming diagnosis.
