What Causes Pain In Penis During Intercourse?

Question: I am getting pain in my penis when erect, during sex , and masturbation, I'm concerned as to what is causing this ?

To recapitulate: Male/30 - pain in penis when erect, during sex and masturbation - wants to know the cause.

Please give few more details for me to assist you better.
- Since when have you got this problem?
- Does the penis become rock hard or the erection is sustained for a very long duration, say for more than half an hour?
- Where exactly is the pain - in the shaft on lateral aspect or under-surface of the penis where the urethra lies?
- Is there any curvature ion erection (Peyronie's)?
- Any other XXXXXXX opinion that you would like to share.

Penis becomes rock hard, it is sore and painful just under the surface below the head, I've had pain now nearly a week , my erections can last up to an hour

There looks to be a Peyronie's disease where the penis gets curved to the left when erect.
The excessive stretch on the inflamed structure when erected gives you the pain.
Consult an Urologist to get a clinical examination, and further investigations if required/asked by Him and to get a proper treatment.
Till then try to avoid the sexual activity or masturbation.
