Brief Answer:
Spine MRI should be done.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Your symptoms do point to some spine disc issue. As the pain is in the rib area and pubic/leg area, most likely this is not just one level of the spine. And if this is spine disc, which compresses spinal cord and nerve, the pain wont go away by itself.
That is why, I suggest you to have it diagnosed at first. To do that, spine MRI is necessary (not just an x-ray). To choose correct level of the spine to be checked with this test, you should consult orthopedist at first.
Some spine issues has to be fixed with surgery.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Is it for sure some kind of an orthopedic issue?
Brief Answer:
It seems to be.
Detailed Answer:
There is not much other conditions causing leg and ribs pain.
It could be a kidney stone if you describe it as upper back pain radiating to the groin and leg with frequent urinating or burning while urinating.
And only spine issue causes radiation to the foot. Stone, hernia or any other abdominal issue do not cause foot radiation for sure.

But the foot pain went away after 2 days, then just the mild pain in the ribcage and pulling pressure mild pain in my right side of the pubic bone area that radiates a bit to the upper leg, thigh area. Both pain areas are on the right side and both started at exactly the same time. The rib cage pain is on the right side below my breast bone and radiates to the breast area.
Brief Answer:
Foot pain can come and go.
Detailed Answer:
Foot pain could disappear, especially if you have been taking some painkillers. Please note that the spine disc must compress specific nerve fibers to cause foot radiation. As the compression is kind of inflammation, it can come and go (or reach more and less area) so the pain in the foot can appear and disappear. As some compression is still left, the pain has stayed on the right side, just does not reach that further anymore (hope you get the point).
Rib cage pain comes from very different level of the spine. This is not the same nerve being compressed. So in your case you have two nerves compressed.
If you find the rib cage pain much different than the other pain, abdominal ultrasound can be done to rule out gallstones.
However if the rib cage pain is sharp, much more intense when the chest is moving (during breathing), rib nerve pain it is.
