Question: I'm in pain in my rib cage all the way around but mostly in the front. If I bend over or turn it gets bad. I also feel full of gas or very bloated. This has been hurting for about 4 - 5 days.

Brief Answer:
Consider Surgical correction of HH

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your query and concern.

All your symptoms can be strongly pointed to underlying hiatal hernia/HH which is provoking acid reflux. You are currently experiencing refractoriness to medical management.

You can attain permanent relief out of it from surgical correction of hernia along with sphincter relocation.

I Advise you to have an Endoscopy again to document the grade and severity of HH.

Meanwhile drugs like Neprofast when taken under doctor's prescription will offer excellent relief of your symptoms.

Consult a surgical gastroenterologist for expert management.

Post your further queries if any,
Thank you
