What Causes Pain In Right Eye Along With Vomiting?

Question: Hi, my son is 5 years old and occasionally gets pain in his right eye. The pain is pretty severe and he wakes up screaming and then vomits this happened 5 times over the past year?

He had sinus surgery 3 years ago, and has never suffered any type of head injury. I have also taken him to the eye doctor and his vision is great.
