Question : I have a pain in my right hand middle finger upper part that comes out of nowhere

The pain you are having might be due to entrapped tendon in the fingers joint/carpal tunnel syndrome.

I advise to :
- consult further with an orthopedic specialist
- try not to move that finger
- use finger and wrist support bandage
