What Causes No Nerve Impulse In Hand?

hi i went for nerve conduction on both my hands but my right hand especialy my little finger and the one next to it the doctor put 30 amps through my little finger and there was no feeling in the two.originally thought it was carpel tunnel syndrome but it is not that he said it was my ulnar nerve that was the problem what will be done in this case.thank you.
