Brief Answer:
Get blood tests done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query. The current set of symptoms that you mentioned are bothering me. Therefore in my opinion you need to be properly investigated.
I would be able to arrive at a conclusion after reviewing some important blood tests such as fasting E.S.R, C.R.P, fasting blood sugar, Hb, T.L.C, D.L.C, sputum examination, Ziehl Neelsen Staining , Montoux test. Your local orthopedic doctor will know about it. If needed, x-ray of affected shoulder joint in AP axillary view and bone marrow examination may be needed.
I urge you to consult your treating doctor and discuss about my views. You can get back to me with his opinion or with the reports.
Till then you can continue the medications which were previously advised to you by your doctor.
You must take diet in high protein content.
- Avoid heavy weight lifting pushing and pulling heavy objects, because it will further increase back pain.
- Apply hot packs for 30 min in morning and evening over affected shoulder joint .
I hope it helps.
