Brief Answer:
Anemia and systemic inflammatory problems should be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Anemia and systemic inflammatory problems should be ruled out in your case. You can go for a blood routine examination including ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate). ESR will be increased in case of any inflammatory problems or rheumatologic disease.

Ultrasound examination of abdomen should be carried out to rule out problems with gall bladder and pancreas as it is common in women after forties.

A consultation with your GP is well appreciated.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
