Brief Answer:
Need more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,

Since when is the pain? Does it change with meals? Any nausea or vomiting? When was the Ultrasound done? Any other findings beyond the absence of stones?

It could be Gastritis or Intestinal colic pain if it is intermittent. How are your stools and frequency.

I usually advise my patients Pantoprazole on empty stomach for such pain. You can try. Do let me know and continue Tylenol for pain.

Take care. Will look forward to hearing from you.
