What Causes Pain In Shoulder Blades,neck,leg,hip,butt After Multiple Fractures?

Question: i was in a car wreck in october 2014/ as a result i was in a coma for three weeks/broke ribs;broke colar bone;spactura/shoulder. 13 breaks and fractures/punchered lung/now my neck and back hurts so bad i cry/cant sleep. cant stand long.sometimes between my shoulder blades it burns.now i got a pain shooting up my leg,hip,butt. at times my neck hurts so bad i cant even lay on a pillow, it pops and cracks,this is why i;m up now .i had one dr, tell me he would put a metal rod in it,the pain medicine dont work no more i can hardle sit and type this/please can you help me

Thanks for your query.

You might be having disc prolapse with nerve root compression. This might be due to previous injury.

I suggest you to have MRI scan of cervical and lumbar spine to know the exact pathology. The management protocol depends on the severity of nerve compression.

Temporary pain relief can be obtained by using an appropriate analgesic or muscle relaxant ,Pregabalin & methylcobalamine supplements.
