
What Causes Pain In Stomach Radiating To Both Legs?

Question: What could be wrong with me? I have severe stomach pains and pain radiating down from both of my legs from the inner thighs down.

no problem with urinating and bowel elimination. Pain comes over like a wave and is constant, lingering, and gnawing.

2 possibilities

There are two possibilities I see
1. a severe gastritis. Especially with the type of pain you have mentioned.
2. possibility of a renal calculi. This is a type of stone formation in the body. When it moves, it causes pain that has similar area distribution as mentioned by you.
For the second. I would suggest an ultrasound of the abdomen. Doing a urine routine as well is a good idea as well.
For severe gastritis, you can try a course of proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole.
