What Causes Pain In Testicle After Masturbation?

Question: Sir I masterbat once in 6-7 day.. sometimes It is 3-4 days..problem is this after this next one or two day I feel lil pain in my left test for fraction of seconds.. after that it doesn't pain..and also I feel I go to toilet more after this.i do drink water and I am always thurst of water and I go toilet more in morning time. about one and half year ago I had went to doctor I got semen test but it was normal. my age is 22 now and I am thin I also have indigestion/constipation type of problems from 4-5 years.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
pain in your testicle for afew seconds after masturbation.

This is likely to be due to congestion of the spermatic cord during masturbation ehci gets reduced after passing urine and helps to subside the pain

This is insignificant as the pain is just for a second and need not to be worried about..

As regards your general health like indigestion /constipation try to modify your life style
Following measures will help to overcome these problems.
1) Practice moderate exercises for 30 minutes in the morning followed by meditation for 20 minutes.
2) Take fruits and vegetables in sumptuous quantity with vitamins
3) Avoid spicy and junk food.
4)Drink more water this will help to avoid constipation.

Thank You Sir as I told you pain is in left test it doesnt pain always like if I have good control for masturbation like only 2-3 in month that it never pains it just happen with increasing masturbation..so can i say it is due to masturbation only.?
and also i fear that if in future i do have frequent sex with my gf/wife ( I haven't Yet) ..will that time i face such a situation as it bothers though it is for lil time just twice or thrice day after masterbation..what is the permant solution.

and sir for betterment of general health what kind of exercise i should do. should i prefer brisk walk orlight jogging ..and i do drink water more and also tea 3 times a day but amount is half cup.

The pain in Lt testicle could be due to mild Varicocele .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get Colour Doppler study of the Scrotum done to rule out Varicocele as a cause of pain in testicle.

Varicocele is dilatation of testicular veins wich some times causes pain in testicle and spermatic cord.
