Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that generally in medical terms we try to fit all symptomd in one disease . I see that you have multiple issues which are common in autoimmune disorder or lymphomas . But adequate testing has been done and I also dont think you have these diseases . Still we can repeat them after six months and see whats the result . In my opinion this could be Fibromyalgia but I would like to see your reports first before labelling you anything.

Dear Madam,
Firstly your nails , they are not half and half nails , seems like normal to me . Also in low hemoglobin you can sometimes have nails like yours . Now lymphoma , since your CBC is normal , chances are very less of having it but definitive will be bone marrow examination . Since you dnt have enough features it could not be recommended . Also only one possibilty is evolving autoimmune disease in which initially tests can be negative and later on become positive . For this I told you we can repeat it after 6 months . Did you read about Fibromyalgia and do you think you match with its features ?

Dear Madam,
If a person suffers from lymphoma there are many other symptoms that are found and yes CBC wont be normal . When all your tests at present are normal , your fear is irrational . Itchiness can be because of multiple reasons , we cannot pinpoint one . Yes , low hemoglobin would show on blood reports .
I will advise you not to worry and relax , the doctors you are seeing also have a responsibility when they say you dont suffer from any nasty condition , even if they had little suspicion they wouldnt had ignored it . Also you can keep yourself in regular check up and repeat your tests , if you still have doubts . But at present I dont see any reason to be worried about .
