No need to worry much for this pain.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more because
1. It is not constant pain. It is more while stretching.
2. Your chest x ray is clear
3. Acidity can not cause bilateral pain.
No need to take ibuprofen regularly.
Are you doing other things like warm water pad application, ice packs, avoiding bad postures in sleep, heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise and movements causing pain?

Do you have breathlessness on exertion or at rest or after eating food?
And you should definitely apply ice packs and warm water pad alternately. This will definitely help you.

Brief Answer:
This is great. No need to worry at all.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
This is great.
Auscultation means hearing chest (lungs) through stethoscope.
So you are having everything normal, normal chest x ray, normal lung sounds, normal ecg.
So no need to worry for major illness.
No need to worry for bronchitis.
So be relax and calm, avoid stress and tension.
Forget about all these symptoms. Don't give much attention towards these symptoms.
Apply warm water pad and ice packs alternately on painful areas.
Take ibuprofen only if required.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. Do you want to ask anything else? I am always there for you.
