Do you have a lump in your groin which gets bigger if you cough or laugh ?

Do you have history of hernia ?

Do you have back pain that radiates to your thigh in the front associated with tingling or numbness ?

There are many causes of pain in the groin that radiates to the thigh, including abdominal hernia, lymph node infection, disc prolapse, blood clots etc.
