What Causes Pain In The Left Side Of Lower Abdomen?

Question: Hi. For the past 2-3 weeks I'm having pain in my lower abdominal area. Mostly on the left side but sometimes also on the right. I've had blood in my stool twice about over a week ago, since then none more blood but my bowel movements are small and inconsistent and being soft and greenish. It's not unbearable pain but it is bothersome. Also the pain has started creeping to my groin area. I can feel pain near my pubic bone and painful sensation in one testicle.. usually the left one but sometimes right. I don't see or feel any unusual lumps in that area. No burning w/ urination or anything like that. Have gotten some headaches and been sick quite a bit this past month. Any ideas? Thanks
