What Causes Pain In The Left Side Of The Face?
This morning I woke up with a pain in left side of face under corner of jaw tender to touch and almost like a full feeling when I bend forward . It has gotten better through the day but on and off the pain does not move just in that spot I sometimes get it on the other side as well
I do suffer from Costo fybro tmj anxiety
My most recent write up was in May with my dr all normal blood work normal cardiac I am wondering if this is tmj as I have chewed a lot of gum the last few days or swollen glands
Can be due to gum or tooth related infection, x Ray needed..

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query in detail and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain pain on a specific spot near the corner of jaw and similar spot on the other side as well can be due to either tooth infection or gum infection..
As if the pain is due to TMJ it is commonly generalized to the entire jaw..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical examination and investigations like x ray can be done for confirmation of the cause and can be treated accordingly..
As of now to relieve pain you can take Painkillers after consulting a local Physician...
Any further questions are welcome..
Regards..
Thank you .. So U don't think it is cardiac related at all .. I will make an appointment with my gp as well as dentist
There is no urgency I can't get in to c my gp till wed
Less likely..

Hi..
Welcome back..
As per your query the symptoms are less likely to be related to cardiac problem rather can be most probably dental related problems..
If there are no other symptoms other than localized pain spot then you can wait till Wednesday to see if GP but first consultation should be with dentist..
Hope this helps..
Regards.
Ecg
Echo
Loop
Blood work
Blood pressure
All normal I just wanted to make sure it was not cardiac
No need to worry..
