Brief Answer:
Should undergo ultrasound and detailed testicular examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, you should undergo an ultrasound both of testicle and prostate as well urethra and bladder. Kidneys and ureters should also be assessed for any signs of urinary obstruction leading to hydronephroureter. It should also involve pre and post void urinary volumes in the bladder to assess emptying.

If pain in testes gets severe you may need to have a detailed surgical or urologist examination and opinion and an urgent ultrasound. Meanwhile drink good amounts of fluids and for pain OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be used.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
