Question: I'm having disconfered in my lower stomach with tricking ing my penis feels like I'm about to climax, that can't happen because my prostrate was remove 10 years ago due to cancer. This is the third day with no art-up.

You are having a discomfort in your lower stomach that is radiating to your penis? It feels like you are ejaculating?

How is your urination? latest PSA value? Any discomfort in the lower abdomen could be a variety of things. UTI is always a possibility and this could be checked by doing a urinalysis. UTI would cause discomfort in the lower abdomen and penile urethra.

Changes in bowel habits associated with Lower abdomen pain could be intestinal in nature (colitis, proctitis etc. )

If the symptoms seems to get worse or doesn't go away I would suggest seeing your Urologist again so he may be able to do a complete physical examination on you and a rectal examination to check to prostatic fossa where the prostate was located to check for abnormalities.
