Question: I have a history of overdoses... the last one being 32 paracetamol about a month ago. I have this horrible squeezing pain on the right side of my body from bottom of rib cage to just bellow my boob on that side area is around the size of my palm.

Yes, with such over dose you should have gone to hospital immediately then.
Now, there is not much of value.
Because, the Paracetamol content would have been detoxified by your liver.

And, good that you did not have injury.

The pain will come down on its own..
