Detailed Answer:
Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using HealthcareMagic site ,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..
In my opinion you may have a kind of sciatica due to nerve compression , post menopausal females have higher liability to osteoporosis , over weight also exaggerates pain due to pressure on joints .
From your given history you mentioned taking tylenol tabs which is NSAIDs that will help in your pain and in your inflammation , back pads are helpful but they do not work on legs , i think you may need B12 vitamin supplements , muscle relaxants , hot massages with topical gels will be helpful for most of cases .in more severe cases steroids may be added .
Avoid heavy lifting , bad sleeping or sitting postures , standing for a long time , avoid high salts and proteins meals , allow high fluid intake .
If pain persist i suggest MRI on spine to rule out any kind of spinal injuries like discs or herniation and follow it up with a neurologist for proper evaluation and management
