Brief Answer:
testicular pain can have lot of causes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

testicular pain can be due to

- local injury
- varicoceal ( dilated blood supply )
- epididmytis or orchitis.

to find the exact cause you have to meet a UROLOGIST. He will do a local examination. He may also need to get an ultrasound of the scrotum and urine routine test.

meanwhile for pain you can take- Paracetamol tablets which are easily available over the counter and do not have any side-effects

Best wishes to you
