This was after falling and trying to break fall a few weeks back. Have been to doctors and was prescribed Physical therapy for possible rotary cuff injury. Today I am running a low grade fever of 99. 4. Could there be something else going on?
Brief Answer:
Shoulder pain
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query on HCM
I do understand your concern
With such presentations in my clinic, I may suggest doing a WBC count and X-ray to ruled out secondary infection present or not as you have a low-grade fever. Do check if you have mild swelling and tenderness present or not. You can take pain relievers as usual but use one tropical cream along with it. corticosteroid can be tried as injection if painkiller dose not help. Finally discuss with your physio to make a stretching exercise plan which may help to improve blood circulation to the affected place and healing will be quicker.
So, nothing to be worried at all
Hope that helps
