Question: I woke up with numb right hand and arm cannot pick up anything with hand no strength had severe HA on left side also pain on left side of neck and trouble swallowing have pain in left shoulder and angina for 4 days what should I do

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Pain in neck or shoulder region and weakness of limb can be due to radiculopathy or brachial plexitis.
You need to get examined by a neurologist and get brachial plexus nerve conduction study.
Mri may be required too.

I was more concerned with this being a TIA or minor stroke I do have a heart condition and the loss use of my hand and arm is concerning to me do you think I should be concerned about the heart

Weakness and sensory loss may be more marked in stroke.
You should get examined by a neurologist or physician for further investigation.
